Each year our St. Francis parish family provides and hosts a Christmas Dinner Party for a local charity organization, its staff and clients.   This year we are proud to host Perry Nursery School, which benefits the struggling single parent low-income families of our area.

(Perry Nursery School of Ann Arbor provides full-time, year round child care, early childhood education and intervention services in a child-centered, literacy-rich environment for at-risk children within Washtenaw County.)

The meal & party this year will be at 6:00PM Thursday, December 10, 2009 in the Parish Activities Center. 

We need you to participate by providing a dish for the party or serving at the party.   This is a buffet style meal serving about 150 persons?.  Our Parish Social Ministry Office provides ham, bread, condiments, lemonade, coffee, plates, cups, utensils & Christmas Tree.

On Thursday, December 10, 2009, in the Parish Activities Center:
Deliver a Dish by 5:30PM (or, as early as 8AM).
__any kind of a casserole or vegetable for 8 persons.
__any kind of a fruit or lettuce salad for 8 persons.
__any kind of a dessert for 8 persons.
(We prefer disposable containers.  Otherwise, pick-up well labeled containers from the parish office.)

Service Opportunities: 
__YES, at 4:30 - 6:00PM, I will help set up.
__YES, at 6:00 - 7:30PM, I will help serve.
__At 6:30PM, I want to help with kid's activities: arts or crafts or games.
Other Information:


We look forward to seeing you at your committed sign-up time (or receiving your food donation).  We will not contact you before the event unless there is some change in our needs. Thanks!
