Spring Mix with crumbled blue cheese, walnuts, sun-dried cherries with raspberry vinaigrette or ranch dressing.
~ Entrée ~
4 oz Petite Filet perfectly grilled and paired with Jumbo Shrimp broiled and served in a Butter Sauce. Accompanied by whipped potatoes and sautéed yellow squash with zucchini, tomato and fresh basil.

~ Dessert ~
A Sweet Trio of chocolate mousse, cheesecake and a chocolate kissed strawberry.
