Habitat for Humanity,
Catholic House Build 2004
Photos & Reflections

Starting at 7AM in the pouring rain, on Friday, June 11, 2004, Jerry Slusarski, Jeff Garner and Frank Burdick from Barton Malow installed wall top plates.  One other volunteer arrived at 8AM to help.  George Zielinski arrived with the Barton Malow boom truck around 8:30AM and starting with the rear gable end truss began hoisting the trusses into position. They were secured one at a time by all volunteers.  Rain continued throughout the morning but all trusses were set before noon.
Catholic House group thanks Barton Malow for sending Jerry, Jeff, Frank, George and the boom truck; it was a significant help in decreasing our build schedule.
