Photos & Reflections
On Thursday, November 13 the Plumbers & Steamfitters Local 190 installed the finish plumbing fixtures.  Except for the bathroom sink (it wasn't delivered with the rest of the materials) all is operational.

On Saturday, November 15 with 0 of 10 requested volunteers, 2 walk-ins and 2 parent family members we were able to accomplish quite a lot of work.  Many door and window moldings were installed, hallway closet shelves were built and painting trim continued.  Sue Kramer had a pizza lunch delivered, thank you.

Our frenzied schedule to finish the house next week is still on track.

On Sunday, November 16 we had our first ever-Catholic House Spaghetti Dinner fundraiser at St. John the Baptist, Ypsilanti.  By all accounts it turned out quite successful.  With about 240 diners and a number of helpful volunteers we were able to make this a fun and profitable event.
Thanks to Sr. Joanne, Shirly D'silva, Laura Stimpson, Melanie Caughey, Rev. Edmond L. Ertzbischoff, all diners and volunteers, all contributors and especially Cathy Mazzolini from St. Thomas Parish for all the hard work making this dinner a success!

Thanks for everyone's help,Steve Polgar
