Photos & Reflections
On Friday, August 29, under the direction of Greg Mikol from B-Safe Electric, Northville; employees from Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, Ford Motor Company, Redford,
installed electrical materials (again this year).  They will return on Thursday, September 4 to finish the donated rough labor.  Some Ford employees also installed the remainder of the north wall vinyl siding and one portion of the front (west) wall.  All electrical material was once again donated by McNaughton McKay, Ann Arbor.

On August 30 (Labor Day Weekend), the two small basement window wells were removed and a proper exterior frame was installed around the openings.  The window wells were reattached after.  The mud and dirt in the basement was removed by "bucket brigade", blocking was installed in the walls where cabinets will be attached, the attic opening was framed in and the vinyl ceiling over the front porch was installed.
Next week we will definately start the side porch install and continue installing vinyl siding.
Thanks to all for your generous help,
