Through the week Pat Walters & Sons installed the furnace, connecting ducts, registers, grills, and thermostat. On Saturday (October 12) with only one volunteer, significant progress was made towards completion. Base molding is one closet away from completion, painting is finished (touch-up after the dedication), interior doorknobs were installed, the attic opening was framed per new code, and basement stair handrail was installed. Bruce Carson from Plumbers & Steamfitters Local 190 installed the basement laundry tub; sump pump and radon exhaust PVC connections. Peggy Lynch brought a filling lunch (sandwiches, vegetables, fruit and cookies); Laura Stimpson delivered drinks. Thank you both. Through the week the plumbing and electrical work will be finished. Next Saturday is clean up day in preparation for the dedication. Sundays House Blessing and Dedication is at 3:00 pm, hope to see everyone there. Thanks,
