Pat Walters & Sons Heating and Cooling of Ypsilanti installed all the ductwork they donated to the Catholic House on Saturday, June 29th (see pictures); they will return with the furnace at a later date.  Thank you Pat, a thousand times plus.  Also, the shed is almost complete, roof OSB sheathing is in place and most of the windows were installed.  The wrong color shingles were delivered so they were not installed as planned.  Another great meal was delivered, this time by Christine Horn of St. Joseph's, Dexter. Drinks were especially welcome, thank you.  The afternoon work was ended earlier than planned for various reasons.  Other Habitat houses ended their workday early because of the intense heat and humidity.
Next Saturday, July 6, work MAY be scheduled to roll down and fasten the tarpaper on the roof in preparation for the July 13 shingle install.  Have a safe and happy holiday weekend!
