The weather was perfect all day and with the help of our Catholic Habitat House volunteers and many volunteers from the other 2 houses we were able to clear all 3 lots. John Kelly and his crew (from Dexter) brought chain saws and industrial chipper/shredders and many volunteers had chain saws and hand saws. We all had good excercise and everyone seemed to enjoy the work and meeting new people. I especially want to thank our Catholic House volunteers .... everyone did a wonderful and safe job. I enjoyed meeting everyone, I think I missed some of you (our sign in sheets got mixed up with the other houses) sorry. And I'd like to thank Laura Stimpson for bringing pizza and pop, it really hit the spot.
