On Bens Street in Ann Arbor (near the corner of Liberty & Maple) is sponsored by a coalition of Catholic parishes and agencies in Washtenaw County.

"For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God." (Hebrews 3:3-5)

Everyone interested is welcome to participate. If you do not have construction skills, training will be provided. There are also non-construction jobs. There are a variety of ways you can participate. (Minimum age 14.  All minors 14 -17 years old must be supervised by an adult, ratio 1 adult per 5 minors.)

Work is done on Saturday 8AM-12 & 1-5 PM all Summer through September 2001. Come join us by first filling out an application. Volunteer Applications are available in the back of Church (ushers' room) and on the Internet site. 

Drive over and see our progress! In Ann Arbor, go West on Stadium Blvd. turn left on Liberty, then turn left on Maple, then turn right on the first street, "Bens Street". (2570 Bens Street).  There is a sign in front of the house, sponsored by these nine Catholic Coalition member sponsors: St. Andrew; St. Francis; St. John the Baptist; St. Joseph in Dexter; St. Joseph Mercy Hospital; St. Patrick; St. Thomas; Call to Action & The Knights of Columbus of Washtenaw.
