"Catholic House" a Habitat for Humanity Project at 927 Monroe Ave., Ypsilanti, Mich. This is a great opportunity for you to contribute to our local neighborhood. The money that you give to this project stays right in Ypsilanti. Through volunteer labor and donations of money and materials, This house will be rehabilitated with the help of the homeowner (partner) family. The house will then be sold to the partner family at no profit, and financed with an affordable, no-interest loan.
This is not a giveaway program. In addition to a down payment and the monthly mortgage payments, homeowners invest hundreds of hours of their own labor -- sweat equity -- into building their Habitat house and the houses of others. Of course everyone interested in working on this project is welcome to participate. Complete the volunteer application form below and return it soon to the parish office.
Thank you for your generous contribution!
